New Year’s Eve 2019 is approaching, and for the occasion, we propose you our degustation menu to celebrate Saint Sylvester’s night.
The night will be followed by a musical performance by the local singer, Elena Giardina.
At the end of the dinner, there will be a midnight toast accompanied by panettone, pandoro, Italian citrus, dried fruits, and lentils.
In combination with the dinner, it is possible to pair a selection of four wines by the glass, selected for you by our manager Andrea, a passionate connoisseur of wines, for € 20.
The starting time of the dinner is scheduled for 20.30h.
On arrival, a welcome glass will be served.

Grilled octopus served with puntarelle alla Romana, wasabi mayonnaise and crispy polenta
Hand-cut tartare of Wagyu served with mushrooms carpaccio, pomegranate and rocket sauce
Cappelletti with cuttlefish ink stuffed with eggplant, in gouache of Mazara red prawns and basil ristretto
Creamy pumpkin risotto served with goose speck and smoked provola cheese fondue
Venison spare ribs with sauteed baby spinach, wild berries sauce, and hazelnut grains
Sablèe tartelette with ginger, raspberry pastry cream, and pistachio crumbs
